El reto de Navidad • Christmas' challenge

El desafío fue este: Llevar a un indigente a cenar con la familia en Navidad.

Y en medio de toda la prédica, Fernando nos recordó que la Biblia dice que muchas personas bondadosas han hospedado o ayudado ángeles, sin siquiera saberlo.

Y me quedé pensando que quizá, sólo quizá, muchos de esos "necesitados" son ángeles en misión especial, agentes encubiertos poniendo a prueba la bondad de la humanidad.

En publicidad, esa estrategia se llama "Mystery Shopper". ¿Cómo se le llamará en el cielo?

Sea como sea... ¿Te atrevés a tomar el reto vos también? Llevá a alguien muy necesitado a comer a tu casa en la noche de Navidad... Quizá te des una sorpresa cuando en el cielo se anuncien los resultados del Mistery Shopper, o quizá no. Pero si tomás el reto, una cosa es segura: Tu corazón va a experimentar algo completamente nuevo al atreverte a celebrar una Navidad distinta.

This was the challenge: Take home a homeless to have Christmas dinner with our family.

And in the middle of the sermon, Fernando reminded us that the Bible says that a lot of kindhearted people has provide shelter to angels, without even know it.

And then, I thought that it might be possible, it just might be, that a lot of the 'needy' people would actually be angels in a special mission, undercover agents testing humanity's kindness.

In advertising that strategy is called 'Mystery Shopper'. How would it be called in heaven?

Nevertheless... Do you dare to take the challenge? Take someone-in-need home on Christmas eve. Maybe you'll have a surprise when, in heaven, God publish the results of the Mystery Shopper, or maybe you wont.

But if you take the challenge, one thing is sure: Your heart will experiment something really new once you dare to have a different Christmas.
